Our Policies

Check-in Time: Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m.

Check-out Time: Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Late Arrivals: Please call for arrivals after 8:00 p.m.

Children: Appropriate for children of all ages.

Pets: Pre-arranged on an individual basis.  Please inquire first.  There is a $35.00 fee/pet/stay to cover special room cleaning.

Smoking: No smoking policy except outside.

Alcoholic Beverages: We are not licensed to provide alcohol.  You may bring your own libations.

Additional Guests: A third or fourth person may be accommodated in some rooms for an additional charge of $30.00 each, which includes a full country breakfast.

Deposit: All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the room rate plus applicable tax for one night.  Balance on additional booked nights is due and payable on arrival.

Reservation Policy: Two-night reservations are requested for some weekends and peak foliage season, three nights for certain holiday weekends.

Payment:  We accept cash and personal or business checks.

Cancellation Policy: As a small country inn, our business depends on advance reservations and cancellations can be costly. Room deposits are fully refundable if we receive cancellation notice up to seven days prior to your scheduled arrival minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancelled reservations with less than 7 days notification will result in the loss of your advance one-night deposit. Guests arriving later or departing earlier than their confirmed dates will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked. We cannot make exceptions for weather or personal emergencies. Please note: 30-day cancellation notice is required on major holidays and fall foliage (Sept. 15 - October 31). Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. 

All rates are for single or double occupancy per night, and include full country breakfast.

Vermont room and meals tax of 9% is added to your bill at checkout.
