The Train Room

The Train Room features a Queen sized bed with a private attached bath for $110 per night.
Room rate is based on single or double occupancy, and includes a full country breakfast.
This eastern-facing room affords a bright sunny morning sun.

The Horse Room

The Horse Room is $120 per night and features a private attached bathroom with a separate shower stall and clawfoot tub.  Rate includes a full country breakfast and is based on either single or double occupancy.  Room can be set up with a single King sized bed if desired.

Additional occupants are possible in this larger room, due to a "mother-in-law bed" ( popup sofa ) which can hold 2 additional adults or 2 children.

 Additional breakfast and linen charges apply to greater than double occupancy.

The Vermont Room

The Vermont Room is $130 per night based on single or double occupancy.  The bed is a King which may be separated into two Twins. Rate includes full country breakfast.

Pet Policy: there is a $35.00 fee/pet/stay to cover special room cleaning.

  We may on occasion offer special PACKAGES for longer stays, including packages which include horseback riding or lessons from our stables or massages from our wellness center.  Don't hesitate to ask if you would like to discuss a special package for your family.
